Profile: Mr. Sofocleous is the managing director and senior partner of Andreas Sofocleous Group of Companies. He is recognized as one of the leading lawyers in Cyprus with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry representing international clients both in Cyprus and overseas. 

The vast clientele he represents includes both listed, and private companies such as multi-national, regional and local companies whose industries and/or services include but are not limited to the sectors of agricultural, construction, energy, and financial services.

He specializes in the area of Corporate and Commercial law and Corporate Litigation, which includes the man­age­ment of com­pa­nies with re­gard to corporate law-related matters, Corporate restructuring, Tax planning and he is regularly in­volved in the ne­go­ti­a­tion and struc­tur­ing of com­mer­cial re­lat­ed agree­ments .

Furthermore. Mr. Sofocleous rep­re­sents com­pa­nies in Corporate law disputes be­fore na­tion­al courts and in­ter­na­tion­al ar­bi­tra­tion pan­els.

Qualifications : Mr. Sofocleous graduated from Patrice Lumuba People's Friendship University of Moscow in 1993 and was admitted to the Сyprus Ваг Association in 1994.
